this was great for our last thanksgiving when we needed to make 2 turkeys. It only can hold a smaller turkey. I think it was 16 lbs but it cooked it fast in less than 1.5 hrs and you don't have to stress about oil etc. The thermometer broke during our 2nd turkey so you will need to get a good quality one instead of the one it comes with.

I finally caved and got this because oil fryers are great but the oil costs an arm and a leg and it's a pain to dispose of it. I bought this bad boy and it was delicious! It's literally a fried turkey without oil.

So easy to use and makes cooking a turkey taste awesome and no dangerous oil to splatter or explode!

Made two thanksgiving turkeys in this over the week. Both turned out absolutely amazing. Far better than any turkey I have had. Everyone on both sides of the family agreed. Perfectly cooked. Not a dry piece of turkey. Not a piece of pink turkey. Not a piece of burnt skin. Simply perfection.

This item is a must have, in my opinion. My wife and I love rotisserie chicken, but the stuff you purchase is typically pumped full of salt and other flavorings. Why bother? Put a little olive oil, salt, and pepper on the outside of a hen or a turkey- or turkey breast - and let it cook. The smells are heavenly. The finished products are awesome. I haven’t tried pork or other meats yet, but I will. Wonderful product.

Cooking a turkey this way is far more convenient, safer, and cheaper than deep frying in peanut oil. It doesn't match the flavor of deep frying, but it definitely beats the flavor, juiciest and cooking time needed when baking. I recommend this product.

The Turkey was so juicy, and it only took about 3 1/2 hours to cook. This is good if you want to enjoy fried Turkey and you have a peanut oil.

This thing is so easy and makes great tasting turkey, so glad I got this and saved the oven space!

I purchased this before Christmas and used it to deep fry my first turkey and this oil less fryer far exceeded my expectations. The turkey was so juicy and it didn’t take long to cook. Family devoured it in all in one day.

WE TRIED IT OUT LAST WEEKEND ON A TURKEY AND WE LOVED IT. I AM SO GLAD I UPGRADED FROM MY OLD TURKEY FRYER AND HAVING TO BUY ALL THAT OIL...!!!

I bought this as an alternative to using a deep fryer and I was definitely not sure how well this will work. I used this to air fry a 13lbs turkey and also to grill 2 rack of ribs. Worked amazing and cooked the meat quick! I am glad I bought this!

Didn’t know it used propane. Thought because air fryer it was electric. That was a surprise. It was, in addition, surprisingly tasty.

I bought this as an alternative to deep frying birds. After 4 medium'sh size turkeys and a couple chickens this is a nice alternative but not a great comparison. It has nice components/accessories to make kebabs, etc... giving alternative use for this. However I'm not as enthusiastic about it since I have other grills and easier ways of getting the job done considering how inconvenient it is to clean this, especially after a few beers... it works great but use patience and keep it from the wind.

This cooker makes the best prime rib ever! We gave our first one to our daughter and son-in-law, then bought a second one for ourselves!

The easy way to cook without a big mess. We have cooked two turkeys since we have bought it. It taste as good as the other turkey fryer just safer without the oil.

We love using this! Great way to fry a small turkey or some pork! Easy to use with some rub and it gives a nice crunch!
