Missing parts and damaged. Support was zeeo help and disconnected my chat. They wanted to ship it back but it was so damaged the box fell apart. This might be the last thing i purchase from best buy.

My order delivery was late 4 days and after reaching out to customer service and being on hold for close to an hour for someone to answer the phone they took no responsibility at all just blaming UPS ( the company that they chose to deliver their product)

I loved the gas grill, but it was shipped damaged so I had to return it. I will definitely buy it again, but I would rather buy it instore if possible.

I got my husband this grill for his birthday and he loves it. Using it multiple times a week he has had no complaints!
