    RECEIVED USED/DAMAGED PRODUCT TWICE!

    I ordered this item originally on 10/26 and received it on 11/5. It arrived with no packaging, it was just the black travel case pictured above. Inside the package was the chargehub (not wrapped), AC power cable, Clear lens with removable film, 5 International travel adapters, and Owner's manual. The 5 mini cords (lightening x2, micro usb x2, and USB to USB Type-C cable) were not in the travel case. The chargehub itself was scratched in multiple places and looked used. The owner’s manual was bent and looked used. It literally looked like someone grabbed a used chargehub travel case and sent it to me. I called customer service and they said they would send me a replacement right away. I just received the replacement and IT IS IN WORSE CONDITION than the first!!! The chargehub is scratched in multiple places/looks used, and the 5 mini cords are also missing! The item did not come in any packaging other than the travel case itself, just as the original. Even the invoice arrived crumbled, with one of the corners ripped off. It looks like someone dug it out of the garbage can. I am shocked to receive not only one damaged item from Best Buy, but TWO damaged items. I would never expect this from Best Buy. This is an $80.00 item!!! Both are being returned and I will not be ordering another replacement!
