Followed instructions that said once initially charged for the required time a light would appear. No lights ever came on. However Best Buy was more than happy to provide me with something that worked an best fit me needs. Thanks BB...

Also, for charging while in the case, the charger input on headset is on the wrong side to work with the case, so when plugged in it would stick out of the case while charging.

Wish I had thought of purchasing sooner. Also bought one for my brother and he really appreciates it for his trips and because of the charger included. I've purchased two more since my initial purchase; one was for my sister.
