GREAT PRODUCT! love how easy it is to use and how fast it works.

While not the fastest kettle, I still absolutely love it! Use it every day without fail. Whether for my french press coffee, oatmeal, ramen, tea, whatever the need, being able to choose how hot you want the water to be is awesome because I'm impatient when using it for my ramen or oatmeal and don't wish to wait too long for them to cool or use an ice cube. The keep warm feature is also a blessing in disguise since I sometimes forget I turned it on and the water is still very much hot when I go to use it. Have left brewed tea overnight but after a couple rinses any and all tea residue and scents typically go away. Absolutely no regrets about buying! The ONLY thing I would like improved is allowing the lid to open up more to make removing and replacing the infuser easier but in all honesty it's not so difficult to reduce review star.

I’ve been using this constantly since I got it. Even if I’m not making tea and just need hot water for something else it’s so incredibly convenient and so FAST that I opt for this. Like hot water for ramen noodles or hot chocolate or instant coffee etc.

The Chefman electric class kettle w/tea infuser was exactly what I was looking for. The tea infuser is removable and it has four water temperatures. Tempered glass A tea lover's dream. Best part is I got it on sale. Win win.

Good quality and price (when on sale). Handle with care if you this to last. Hard water will make marks, so clean up promptly with vinegar and rense deposits frequently. Leave led open for better ventilation (quick moisture removal/evaporation).

I returned this item because I thought it was malfunctioning but it was working perfectly and is in fact very accurate with temperature sensing. THE ALTITUDE WHERE YOU USE THIS KETTLE WILL AFFECT ITS OPERATION. As atmospheric pressure decreases, water boils at lower temperatures. At sea level, water boils at 212 °F. With each 500-feet increase in elevation, the boiling point of water is lowered by just under 1 °F. At 7,000 feet, for example, water boils at about 198.5 °F. But, whatever the boiling point is, when water reaches it and undergoes a phase transition into water vapor (steam), the temperature stops rising. You can crank the heat as high as you like. The water may boil more vigorously and convert into steam more quickly, but it won’t get hotter. Depending on where you live the high, and maybe high two temperature settings (my situation) won't be reached and the auto shutoff and subsequent keep warm setting will not be triggered.

I am so happy with this product, looks good, performance is great. I like the different temp settings. I been going through kettles and finally switched to the electrical one I like the auto switch off, with no codes, except for the base. I would definitely buy this product again.

Have had this glass kettle for over 5 months now and have never had any problems with it. Love the glass body and color-coded programming buttons. Holds a lot of water and does not take a long time heating it up. Would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I haven't had a chance to use the tea infuser, yet, but the kettle is quick to boil, has multiple setpoints, and will keep the water temperature for about 30 minutes or so once it gets to the setpoint. Very excellent product!

This one fit the bill! Love the multiple temperature settings for our different teas. The kids lijke the different colors for the temps. Works great and the glass looks nice on the counter.

Works well. The mesh infuser does keep the tea from the water pretty effectively. Only Takes a few minutes to boil the water. Only downside is the lip doesn't open wide. It opens wide enough but it would be better if it opened a little wider.

Excellent purchase. We use it everyday to heat water for our French Press and coffee. You won’t be disappointed. There are settings that help you know how hot to heat the water for various teas and coffee. Comes out right every time. Highly recommended.

I love it. Heats water fast. Multiple heat settings. Automatic shut off. And the pretty color. I love the option of an entire pot of tea or a single cup. Cleaning is easy with just a little vinegar set to boil and then rinse to remove mineral deposits.

This has been a great kettle! My 'office' is in my basement and now that it's Fall, the mornings are a bit cold. This warms up the water in minutes and I can enjoy some tea in no time.

Great electrical kettle for my family’s daily coffee and tea. Enjoying its different temperatures and color choices. However, I’m seeing some brown buildups inside at the bottom of the kettle every second week of use; not sure how to clean it properly yet.

Love. How fast you can heat up water. Theres so many things i need to heat up water for. This is perfect for those situations. I havnt used all the functions yet though. My husband used it for his tea. He liked it.

I’ve been using this almost daily and have had no issues with it. The buttons to change the temperature work well for making tea. We have been experimenting with the infuser and various local teas to see which is the best.

I need number of cups of green tea throughout the day especially working from home, kettle comes out to be blessing for me and I don’t need to work on gas stove for tea… pretty good maintain consistent temperature and hence taste…

if you are on the fence buy it. I was gifted the previous version and decided to pay it forward and buy this one for my mom and she is in love with it. She uses it at least 4 times a day.

works well so far, I don't use the tea infuser, so can't comment on it. just use this to boil water, it's convenient and fast. The kettle itself is not too heavy when it's half full, it does get heavy when it's filled to the max.
