Cheaply made. It's not easy to clean. Hard to remove the filter and it has tons of exposed plastic areas that touches the hot water.

Found it a great kettle value as of now, the finish quality is better than the other similar kettles

Honestly once you have something like this in your house it’s impossible to remember what it was like to not have one. Super reliable

It works well and serves the purpose. It's attractive and looks nice on the counter. We'll enjoy using it more often as the weather becomes cooler.

I love my water heater. I use to drink a lot of tea. This is perfect. The only thing I dont like it is that does not keep the water heating for long periods.

With exception of the filter that’s a little complicated to remove and put in place. Everything else works great

Worked well but the loud beep freaked out our dog and we had to return it. No way to turn that off. Obviously a good safety feature though!

So far so good, it makes it super hot && it stays hot for awhile. Definitely a good deal!

I think it is a very nice pot to brew tea or coffee in however I am having a very serious problem with the infuser and it is causing it to not work properly each time. If it does work I like the way the light indicate the brewing time and so forth but I am very concerned about the infuser and don't know what to do. I think I definitely need another infuser for my pot. It is very nice but you do want it to work properly and I don't think mine ever will do to the problem with the infuser.

fantastic kettle, sturdy construction, could ask for no better for a kettle.. and the lights are nice touch.

Fair product after a year of usage too cover broke off due to heat

I wanted a kettle to make tea with and also boil water for my coffee, I could not have gotten a better one.

Love it!!! Love the temperature selections!! Gets used everyday for my tea!!!

It's good to have it in the kitchen but sometimes I feel like it's not hot enough as the temperature that it's supposed to be.

Pot works well, but after a few short days the lid would not open. I use the spout to fill. Not a great solution.

Great decision I Love it. Nothing at this time. Excellent Product.

This kettle is one of the best and nicest kettles I ever have. I bought a few of these kettles for our family and friends.
