The kettle is really nice and looks great. The only issue is dropping the basket in after the art is heated. Because the kid doesn’t really swing open all the way, it is easy to burn yourself or drop the basket in crooked.

It's really not a great tea kettle the idea of being able to brew tea in the kettle is nice but you are supposed to boil the water then dip the tea holder into the kettle you are not supposed to brew the tea with it on otherwise it will damage the device. ultimately you are just better off getting a electric kettle to boil water and pour in a cup and brew the tea separately this really provides more headaches then convenience

The concept is particularly good if you are a tea aficionado. The issue with this product is that the tea basket is awkward to remove and replace.

Good quality for the price. Easy to clean and easy to use. Light weight.

THIS IS AN UPGRADED MODEL FROM LAST YEAR, THE BASE AND CONTROLS ARE BETTER PLACED HOWEVER IT DOES NOT HEAT UP AS QUICKLY AND THE BREW TIME SEEMS A LOT LONGER TO GET DESIRED TASTE.

The top plastic connector broke after two month. The bottle feels cheap using it. Not recommend.

Infuser does not go all the way down, so not very useful for infusing water with tea or herbs if you are only making a couple of cups.

Bottom of pot(heating) Rusted on first use. I followed the cleaning guidelines before use and am very disappointed! My mom has the same and had used it for a while no issue. This may be a fluke.

only lasted about a year and i forgot i had the warranty and trashed it.

A nice looking kettle with LED lighting for different temperatures. But the “rusty” part on the stainless steel bottom seems to be a REAL quality issue that needs to be addressed by the manufacturer. Thought about returning it.

I absolutely hated this kettle. I had the older version of this and absolutely loved it. Boy did someone screw this up. It beeps when your putting on the heat setting. Then it beeps when it’s done. Again it beeps every fricking time you pick it up. It’s going back.

After owning a higher-end model of the Chefman glass kettle this one was a disappointment. It lacks steeping timing features that help in making the best tasting tea. The tea infuser is a bit of a pain and can easily be dropped in to the water.

The lid of the kettle is very poorly made. Refilling requires the lid to click back to a wider open position, and eventually, the lid broke off after 6 months. It became trash for me without lasting through the year.
