Beep Beep

I had the older version of this and absolutely loved it. Boy did someone screw this up. It beeps when your putting on the heat setting. Then it beeps when it’s done. Again it beeps every fricking time you pick it up. It’s going back.

A quality issue

But the “rusty” part on the stainless steel bottom seems to be a REAL quality issue that needs to be addressed by the manufacturer. Thought about returning it.

It lacks steeping timing features that help in making the best tasting tea. The tea infuser is a bit of a pain and can easily be dropped in to the water.

Worked fine until the lid broke off

Refilling requires the lid to click back to a wider open position, and eventually, the lid broke off after 6 months. It became trash for me without lasting through the year.

Broke in an year

Bestbuy didn’t take it and asked me to buy a new one with their coverage. So it’s replaceable. How funny iam not going to buy.

Does not shut off by itself
