I haven't had a chance to use the tea infuser, yet, but the kettle is quick to boil, has multiple setpoints, and will keep the water temperature for about 30 minutes or so once it gets to the setpoint. Very excellent product!

Works well. The mesh infuser does keep the tea from the water pretty effectively. Only Takes a few minutes to boil the water. Only downside is the lip doesn't open wide. It opens wide enough but it would be better if it opened a little wider.

Have had this glass kettle for over 5 months now and have never had any problems with it. Love the glass body and color-coded programming buttons. Holds a lot of water and does not take a long time heating it up. Would highly recommend this product to anyone.

This has been a great kettle! My 'office' is in my basement and now that it's Fall, the mornings are a bit cold. This warms up the water in minutes and I can enjoy some tea in no time.

Excellent purchase. We use it everyday to heat water for our French Press and coffee. You won’t be disappointed. There are settings that help you know how hot to heat the water for various teas and coffee. Comes out right every time. Highly recommended.

I love it. Heats water fast. Multiple heat settings. Automatic shut off. And the pretty color. I love the option of an entire pot of tea or a single cup. Cleaning is easy with just a little vinegar set to boil and then rinse to remove mineral deposits.

Love. How fast you can heat up water. Theres so many things i need to heat up water for. This is perfect for those situations. I havnt used all the functions yet though. My husband used it for his tea. He liked it.

Great electrical kettle for my family’s daily coffee and tea. Enjoying its different temperatures and color choices. However, I’m seeing some brown buildups inside at the bottom of the kettle every second week of use; not sure how to clean it properly yet.

I’ve been using this almost daily and have had no issues with it. The buttons to change the temperature work well for making tea. We have been experimenting with the infuser and various local teas to see which is the best.

I need number of cups of green tea throughout the day especially working from home, kettle comes out to be blessing for me and I don’t need to work on gas stove for tea… pretty good maintain consistent temperature and hence taste…

if you are on the fence buy it. I was gifted the previous version and decided to pay it forward and buy this one for my mom and she is in love with it. She uses it at least 4 times a day.

works well so far, I don't use the tea infuser, so can't comment on it. just use this to boil water, it's convenient and fast. The kettle itself is not too heavy when it's half full, it does get heavy when it's filled to the max.

This is not a puny kettle, it's almost 2 quarts. The removable infuser is great if you don't want tea, just hot water. The best part is that it disconnects from the base - no cord to wrestle with. Excellent!

A co-worker told me about this tea kettle and how well it works. With its different temp settings, the different teas that I like require different temps and this makes that task easy.

Found at a great price. And had shown up within my life at the exact moment that I was legit in need of it's services! This bad boy is top of the line. Easy to use. And awesome features! Nice lil buy i say!

I have always owned an electric kettle but this one is fantastic. I love that you can choose the temperature setting for your water. Also, there is an alarm to let you know when your water is ready!

Electric Glass kettle really easy to use and i get hot water fast for my instant coffee i like it and the light to show you the different temperature it get to.

I love this boiler. Different types of tea get different temperatures and this device has preset multiple temperature sets. The lights and sound are pretty helpful and cool. It doesn't take very long to heat unless filled to the max and turned on the highest at the same time.

This is the perfect way for us to heat water, to use for our pour over coffee maker. It’s faster then using a traditional kettle on the stove. We haven’t used the tea defuser part yet, but I’m sure that it will come in handy in the winter.

I have used the tea pot for a few weeks and it works great. It is great at making loose leaf tea. Unfortunately it is not easy to clean. The opening is very small.
