Overall this electric kettle works very good. I really do like the feature of changing LED colors with different temperature settings for the kettle. The tea infuser is a handy feature but it can be a bit tricky to get back into the proper place. All in all a very good value for the money

I use mine quite often to heat up water for tea. I do not infuse or whatever else this does. I chose this machine so I could control the temperature ranges of my water for different teas. The infusion thing makes cleaning a little difficult as it’s hard to even get tools in there. I only use water and I try to keep the inside as dry as possible to avoid mold. I’m very happy with it.

I am glad I went ahead and purchased this electric kettle. For one, I like that I can set my preferred temperature. Very helpful depending on what type of beverage I want to make or for what item I am boiling water. The differing colors per temperature is a fun touch, and great for those mornings when I am too groggy to see what I am doing. :)

It's a great electric kettle. It has several different temperature settings depending on what you need the water for. The only downside is that it beeps when the water is ready, and when you place the kettle on the stand. That's only an issue when I'm making a hot beverage when everyone is asleep.2

The hot pot appears to be of good quality and arrived in good condition.. Astetically it looks nice on the counter. It can easily be left out between uses. I would recommend to you if you desire having a quick option to your hot beverages. Cleaning has been a 9 issue. However, I am not sure of long term corrosion and/or build-up. Some people have mentioned this in their reviews after time.

This is a wonderful electric kettle. I use it everyday to make coffee, sometimes hot tea or every evening hot chocolate. There's hardly any waiting time. It boils very quickly. the Chefman is easy to use, easy to clean. You can get your hot drink faster than any kettle. I am happy for this new purchase and anyone who wishes to make a hot drink, this is the item to use.

Love this kettle. I wanted glass, and this one has not disappointed. I make 2 batches of iced tea every single day. If you are using tea bags directly in the pot, I recommend putting them after the unit beeps to notify it is done heating. I do this with black tea to avoid over boiling, which leaves with a better flavor IMHO.

The lid is a little tricky but overall design is good. Quickly heats up to the perfect temp.

We bought this kettle to replace the old one that broke. The add of the temperature control is a nice feature that the old model didn't have. Easy to use and heats up the water very fast. The button to open the lid is located on the top (not very handy, changed from the old model), but still ok. Other than that, an excellent product.

What can I say? It is an electric kettle that works fine for a house with a modest number of people. We aren't excessively Anglo-philic so we aren't drowning in demands for 'a cuppa'. But we do like our tea and it's fine at parties when it performs its core function of agitating water molecules such that we experience a sensation of warmth. I have yet to void the warranty by trying to turn it into a fondue pot or some such skullduggery. Yet, on the balance of the whole it is an admirable flagon powered by the electrical fluid for which to obtain heated water. I have heard it is a favorite of midwives the world over for a quick quart of hot water in the event of an emergency home delivery of wee bairns.

I love this Kettle. I am a herbalist and drink a lot of tea. The Infuser allows me to brew several cups of tea at one time. The LED lights are so cool. It changes colors depending on the water temperature you desire. I love this glass kettle so much, I purchased one for my daughter for Christmas.

This thing is perfect for heating up water. I use it not only for tea, but to cook some instant noodles as well. It heats up water quick, and I like how the lights lets me know when the water is ready. I got this thing at a bargain but if you're paying full price, it's a tad expensive.
