    I’ve just started using this, and so far so good. I drink loads of tea, but I brew it in the cup.. so I only use this to heat the water. It’s the first one I e had with temp control, and all of that seems to work just fine. Easy to fill and pour. I’m happy it’s glass instead of the plastic it’s replacing. Which still works fine after 5 yrs, but no temp control.

    This product is amazing. Looks nice. Unfortunately, I had to return it, due to a known problem, which only impacts all those that have a sensitive dog. The beep noise it makes seems to be effecting certain breed of dogs and mine especially started shaking every time this beep sound was heard after the kettle boiled the water
