    I like the design of the kettle. If the kettle is full it will take about 10-12 minutes before it will start to boil. We use it for our french press which is about 32 oz. The kettle filled about half is more than enough and will take about 5-6 minutes to boil.

    I like the pot. It’s growing on me. When I first got it, there was a heavy plastic smell. That’s going away. Also, there is an inside seam on the handle that actually gets hot. But, for what I got it for, it’s great. It boils the water, you can see inside (unlike my old white plastic model that kept you guessing) and now that the plastic smell has mostly gone, I like it a lot.

    I use this for my French Press to make coffee and when I want to make oatmeal. It heats water much faster than using the stove or the microwave. It's easy to use, looks great on my counter, and is a real life saver. I put the water on to heat, and by the time I've fed the dog, the water is ready to use! It also shuts off automatically once the water has reached a full boil.
