It was excellent when it was working however after 15 months it started to smoke in air fryer mode. Now after only 16 months it's nowa fire hazard and it smokes and high spark at the outlet when off if you try to plug in. I thought it was my outlet until I took it outside and attempted to plug in which resulted in high spark. Very disappointed

Smelled like plastic burning when first used. The knob would only switch to half the settings in the first month, and within 5 months only toast worked. Stopped working completely within 7 months. Long time BB customer, very disappointed with this product.

Easy to use but not really a good air fryer. Not recommended

Works for everything but a air fryer it takes way longer then a normal air fryer

Think this was returned because the timer does not work

We bought this in January. I loved it. I didn’t like to use it as a toaster, but the air fry and oven functions were great. Last week, it tripped the breaker. We fixed it and it continued to work. Today, it tripped it again. We turned it off and unplugged it and reset the breaker. Plugged it in and it tripped it again. We let it cool completely off and it still trips it every time we plug it in. For the price, I definitely thought it would last much longer. Now, our only option is to pay to ship it to the manufacturer, wait for it to be repaired and pay for the rerun shipping. I figure it might be cheaper/faster to just buy a new one. I definitely will NOT buy this brand again.

It only took 3 months of use for this air fryer to break down on me. The cooking timer started malfunctioning so I've now got to find out if the manufacturer has a warranty for this product.

I purchased this item as a gift. So far there have been no complaints.

I used Maybe 3/4 times and for broken, I send to the Chefman a claim but no response, when they reply tô me I Will have to wait until May tô receive my product. DON'T WASTE YOR MONEY.

Overall operations are great. The power light doesn't work.

We bought this in mid December 2019 and started using it January 2020. The first one lasted until early March. Chefman sent a replacement. The second one worked about 5-6 weeks. Chefman sent another replacement. It worked for 5 days. I would not recommend getting this air fryer toaster oven. Given we had 3 stop working in such a short time was very disappointing. Chefman’s customer service was easy to work with and always willing to send a new one, but we lost faith that another one would work - so we returned it.

Bought this as a gift for my parents as they did not want a basket air fryer and was great while it worked. Last week I got a message from my father about the warranty on this device, found that it suffered a major internal electrical short that started a fire and burned up the wires. Currently reaching out to Chefman about repair/replacement/refund. For a $200 device at the time of purchase, I would expect much better.

Knobs get really hot. Door doesn’t close right enough and hot steam sometimes comes out. Front of door also gets extremely hot - must be extremely careful when using. Not worth the money spent.

Looks nice, but the timer for the toaster doesn’t work. Not sure how this gets by quality control department. Will have to return. Very disappointing.

Timer doesn't turn off. No wonder it's discontinued. Don't buy it. Called Chefman, but no use. I threw it away.

Optimisticly we could say for a " disposable air fryer" this is great. It was until 13 months later then handle will not turn and this is a fire Hazzard at this point. It was outside of any return which best buy should not be responsible for a year on consumer goods but the manufacturer should which they do not. It was great while it lasted and we will be getting an air frier again just not this. It is all around attractive and a few settings to reduce other appliances but it is poorly built and not stood by.
