Small but Effective

Despite its small size, I'm just cooking for 1 so works well for me. It is a bit disappointing it is not recommended for sausages or grease developing items. Works good for frozen foods, hot dogs, etc. I wish it had a readout. But turning the dial for temp and another for the time works for this low end fryer.
