The timer knob for our unit did not work out of the box. We contacted customer service - they took all our details and said that somebody would call back on how to file a claim since they needed to check if the unit even had a timer knob! Anyhow, two weeks have passed since then and no contact. I called again and and after waiting for 10 min on hold over the phone I gave up. I would not recommend anybody to buy this. There are better brands out there.

I purchased this with very high expectation but it turned out to be not up to. The cooking takes longer and doesn't taste as good as i expected. I would still recommend since i think, this is bad to my taste but some people may like what it offers.

I bought this as my first air fryer. I wanted a budget purchase as my first one so I could learn on it. This isn't good. There's no other way to put it. "Why isn't it good?" Great question. The short of it is that the metal "grate" that the food cooks on has far too much surface. This means everything cooks onto the grate and gets stuck. Fried chicken? Not in this thing. All of the coating gets stuck and comes up when you try to flip it or pull it out. If you get frozen tater tots or fries, those are fine. Who knows, maybe just short ribs or other types of meat are fine. But having used a non-budget air fryer at my ex's I know how great they are. This isn't.
