We purchased the single tray cooker in the past. Which we still use, the whole house love the way it works. So when we saw the double tray cooker, we had to purchase it.

This small appliance is great. It saves time, water, and money since you use less electricity. Best Buy always has great prices, thank you.

Perfect hard boild eggs everytime. Smaller than anticipated too! Gadget doesn't take up much counter space.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. I did use it once to ensure it worked. It was fast, and the dozen eggs came out perfectly!

This is my wife's favorite appliance in the kitchen. She can never over cook or burn eggs with this appliance.

I was excited to buy this, in the hope that I would get perfectly hard boiled eggs. I had to make small holes in the egg, which was a little inconvenient. After that, I followed the instructions, put water in the measure and boiled it. I noticed that some of the eggs started to foam. I had to constantly clean the water oozing out of the hot plate. The construction was lightweight and didn't like the quality of the finished product. I returned the product.

I tried to register this product and the Chefman Web Site reported that it had an error. I tried to call Chefman and they have no live phone support during Covid 19. I do not feel this is a valid reason to cut this service. Many other organizations are sacrificing during this period and offering live phone support including BEST BUY, the seller of this product whom I contacted to find a way to get ahold of Chefman without success. I tried to Email Chefman and their email system has a glitch which prevents doing acceptable editing. A product is only as good as the quality of service and support behind it.

Makes the house smell like scorched water and boiled eggs. It wasn’t difficult boiling eggs without this device so not really useful.

Device did not work as shown in advertisements. Poor quality.
