This inexpensive little gadget is one of the best! It is great for deviled eggs. The eggs peel easy, are perfectly cooked and the yolks stay centered because they remain in an upright stable position. I have used it regularly for a year or so and it still works great.

Makes life so much simpler. Just put water in, put in eggs, press power button.. when fully cooked an alarm goes of and you push power button again to stop. Word of advice,carefully place eggs in cold, preferably ice water for about a minute after cooking. Makes the eggs easier to peel from shell.
