    Perfect hard-boiled eggs every time so far! The only reason I don’t give this a full 5 stars is because each time I have used it, even though I am standing there when the timer goes off, it scorches the bottom of at least a couple of eggs and scorches the heating pad. The eggs are fine when I peel them, though, and the heating pad is easy to clean while it is still hot with a wet paper towel. Do not leave this appliance unattended when plugged in!
