    The Chefman electric knife sharpener is easy to use for everyday tasks like sharpening kitchen knives. It takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it, your knives will be very sharp.

    I used this to sharpen some of my knives, but doesn’t see a dramatic sharpening effect. It’s sharper, but not sure how well it sharpens my knives.

    Wife does a lot of cooking and has a lot of knives. Unit does a fairly good job of sharpening knives quickly.i

    This is not the first time I brought this sharper. I had a party and a guess saw me using it to sharpen a knife and ask me for it as a gift. I also use it to sharpen my scissors.
