I picked this one up on the deal of the day for peanuts for an electric knife it's good quality it'll do the job if you can get this one cheap enough go for it

If I could manage to remove the blades it would be a great buy. After knowing what to do to remove the blades I had to leave them in the knife because I am struggling to get the blades out.

As my friends on forged in fire would say. This knife, it wheel cut. Nice, compact and sharp. Does exactly what I needed it to do.

Great for what what I purchased it for! This was bought for my husband to add to his grilling equipment collection. He uses it to cut meat after it has rested. He loves it!

This knife works pretty good. The cutting is precise and the meat looks uninformed after you cut it. The handle takes some getting used to at first.

This knife is prefect for fileting catfish and crappie at the lake or slicing a roast.
