Its a quality product. Easy to use and clean. Comes with a reusable filter which I like. Only trouble is if you're not using strong coffee it comes out pretty weak tasting. I'm not sure if its because it goes through the filter so fast, or I'm using too much water, but having used a keurig at work and this at home with the same coffee; the taste just isnt the same

The machine is small but it is good enough for everyday use and portable for the travel. I am complete satisfied especially when it on sale. I will buy one for a gift

I bought this to satisfy my boyfriend who wanted a coffee pot in our bathroom. He wanted to be able to fix himself a cup of coffee while getting ready in the morning. A coffee pot is bulky and requires more work than I cared for, especially for a non-morning person like me. This Chefman single serve k-cup coffee maker was the perfect solution. Small, compact, looks good and doesn't take much counter space. And the price was even better!

Very easy to use. Portability is a big plus. Being quite sleek takes no significant space. The build is sturdy. I will recommend this to any one and without hesitations.

I have a single serve coffee maker but it was wider than this one. This unit will accommodate taller cups and heats faster. Got this on sale and worth every penny.

Great for a smaller space. Love this for my office and house. Bout one then had to buy another one because of the size and ease of use. Highly recommend.

The only thing that makes this unit less than perfect is the water reservoir: with no clear section to see from the outside the measuring lines inside are useless, even in my very bright kitchen. I use a measuring cup to fill it with hot water from the tap, which works well. Brew temps are consistently around 200* and it’s very easy to clean. Especially on the deal of the day, this was a good value.

Very happy with this single serve coffee maker. I was in the market and looking for something simple and nice, and not as expensive. I've gone through two Keurigs and pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product. This little machine gets the job done! It's super fast and have a cup of coffee in about 40 seconds. Unlike the Keurig which it seems to take a couple of minutes for the water to heat up. If you're looking for something that is "No Frills No Fuss"- get this machine now!

It is so small that it fits easily in a corner in the office. We have taken it to hotels and it fits easily into my backpack! Works perfectly!

It worked well for a year then it stop brewing my k-cups. Actually this machine made the k-cups explode all over my room. I had to wipe coffee grinds off the walls and floors (twice). Then about 15 months after my purchase this coffee maker would only brew half of the water I added to make a cup of coffee. Then I would have to restart this coffee maker to finish brewing the othe 4 ounces to complete the cup. In the beginning, I used this brewer by adding coffee grinds into the filter that came with this item. But after a year it no longer works properly. For the money I paid for this coffee brewer it should last more than a year. I'm not happy right now!

I bought this when it was on sale, so it was a much cheaper alternative to a Keurig single serve coffee maker. I like it even better than a Keurig because it can accommodate a tall travel mug which Keurig does not do. Easy to use. The only minor complaint I have is the water level indicator lines are a little hard to see.

First time with a coffee maker like this. Easy to use. Very hot coffee in a minute or two. No issues whatsoever.
