Holding up well! This is our first air fryer. We are a family of 5 and the basket models just did not seem to have the room to make food for everyone at once... This model takes the cake! With four shelves we have to tons of room! You do have to monitor and move the shelves around,but it's not a deal breaker for us.

The air fryer works very well. Gives nice crispness to foods. The only negative is the door window. It leaks residue, and after the first use the window was showing signs of residue that appears cannot be cleaned off. After a month of use the window is looking pretty grimy. I wish there was a way to clean the window so the window can look as clean as the rest of the appliance. Otherwise, the air fryer works great and was a great purchase.

I love this airfryer! We originally bought this to replace our toaster oven... Although I feel like the bake function and air fryer funtion are ultimately the same (the fan runs on both the settings). I do agree that the design of the aiy fryer causes a huge mess with drippings and every time I take something out to flip, it's dripping all over the door... So i found a solution (pic attached)! I do feel cleaning the grill is a pain, but it's alot easier when u soak it in water and use a sturdy brush. Don't use Sponge! The grills do clean great in dishwasher too!

Learning how to use it, but so far it seems great! Chicken, pork, sweet potato fries, garlic toast, apple crisp and pumpkin seeds are some of the things so far. I wasn't crazy about the rotating basket but I only tried it once. It is easy to clean and seems to be a great addition to our kitchen. The big plus is that when I got this it was on sale and I used some of my Best Buy points :)

I was really excited to receive this new air fryer since my previous one was damaged. From the first impression, I enjoyed all the tools that it came with, which really contributes to the multifunctional aspect of this appliance. Something I also really like about this air fryer includes the variety of settings and ease of use. However, for a 10L air fryer, it does feel a bit small. With 3 racks, you could probably fit a good amount of portions but you will need to go back and do rounds if you're serving a big party. I also noticed that after setting the timer for a specific time, the air fryer sometimes would adjust the time itself for some reason. I'm not sure why this happens but it has been an inconvenience. I definitely would recommend this to someone who is able to take advantage of all the multifunctional elements this product offers. I love this air fryer it is so easy to use! I wish it had a power on and off button otherwise it works fantastic!

First one I bought. Easy to use lots of accessories for what can be cooked in it. Only complaint is the wire sheets fall off their holders . Make sure you evenly place pieces or it might fall down. Other than that no complaints! Good buy

I have previously resisted adding this type of appliance to my large array of culinary tools. Not every kitchen needs an air fryer, I thought. So it was with great skepticism, but then even greater curiosity, that made me want to try Chefman Multifunction Air Fryer. It seemed to offer so many nice possibilities. Spending more time at home during the pandemic gave me the incentive to make my time in the kitchen easier and more productive. The idea of frying with 98% less oil made me feel virtuous and a more healthy eater. The surprise to me was finding out food from the Chefman tasted just as good, if not better than the same food cooked in boiling oil. This is a small but mighty approach to low fat cooking I am now excited to use and explore new possibilities every day. And, during the 90+ degree weather we were experiencing in the week I first tried this unit, the fact that it did not heat up the entire house like one of my full-size ovens is a real plus. To start, I had some worries about the door of the Chefman as it felt like I was going to tip the whole oven forward when I pulled the door open since it has a strong latch. But it was easy to figure out to pull the handle with a thumb on the plastic above and the door would unlatch easily. I like the bright light illuminating the oven cavity so you can check on the cooking progress without opening the door. The sides of the oven remain relatively cool during operation thanks to good insulation. The warm exhaust air is directed to the rear of the unit, so leave some space behind it. The unit is compact, does not take up much valuable counter space and is light enough to easily lift and store in a cabinet or closet. The three stainless mesh shelves are a great size for placing a variety of foods or herbs to be processed. The trays and other accessories which contact food are dishwasher safe. Very convenient and came out of dishwasher gleaming. The stainless interior wiped clean with little effort. And the rotating drum fits inside the unit, along with the shelves for easy storage. This right-sized air fryer oven comes with so many excellent features which single-use air fryers lack. The touch controls and presets look great and function even better. The powerful infrared heating element/fan combination cooks all items evenly yet it is relatively quiet. The three stainless mesh shelves fit an abundance of food. The unique rotating barrel is great for French fries and probably shrimp. And the rotisserie feature works fabulously for a small 3 ½ lb chicken. The fetch tool makes extracting the drum or rotisserie spit easy and safe. I do recommend keeping a basting brush handy to sweep out crumbs when preparing battered items. Primary operating notes? Most items were crispy and brown outside. Not greasy. It is certainly safer than pan frying – no moving food into and out of hot oil. No splatters to mess up my counters and walls. Preparing a whole dinner for 3-4 in one step is possible in this efficient and compact unit. (See photos) I was able to prepare 2 small shish-ke-babs, chicken tenders, pork cutlets and roast small potatoes and garlic bulbs all in one 20 minute air fry cooking cycle. The rotating barrel for French fries – a great little innovation – eliminates any need to stir or reposition foods for even cooking. You can cook a pound of fries in the barrel and they come out like French bistro pomme frites. The root vegetable fries cooked in the barrel were outstanding and they needed only a little spray of olive oil to result in a hot, crispy outside, steamy inside, side dish low in fat but high in nutrition. Thank you, Chefman! I had some extra herbs in the fridge vegetable drawer. Well, what can I do with these in the air fryer? The dehydrate setting and shelves allowed me to easily preserve and dry the dill, parsley and other herbs for later use. Big plus for versatility! I look forward to trying crescent roll apple cider donut holes without a greasy mess of oil frying. I plan to use the air fryer to make small batches of appetizers whenever the mood strikes. As I get more familiar with handling the pre-set temps and the many recipes that could be adapted for the small oven use I am more excited than ever to own this appliance. No. Just one woke suggestion, from my “better half” who thinks the product should be called ChefWoman not ChefMan in tribute to the primary food technician in most homes. (I like to think of the man part of the name as meaning human, not gender specific.) Final verdict: The Chefman 10 liter Multifunctional Air Fryer is a well-made, modestly-priced but very intelligent appliance I would enthusiastically recommend to any level of cook. It would be terrific for a dorm room or a nice addition to a fully equipped kitchen where small batch, healthy cooking is of prime importance to the ChefPerson.

Along with a traditional oven we have an air fryer, a countertop convection oven (with a bunch of other settings sans dehydrator), and now this Chefman. And since it has shown up none of those other items has gotten used once. Many other reviews point out the versatility and effectiveness of this thing, and all I can do is contribute to the echo chamber that this thing really is worth a 5-star review. Very easy to clean, everything slides out and requires no time at all to reinstall and put away once you're done. We've managed to do a little bit of everything except dehydrate, but the bake/oven, air fryer, and rotisserie have all turned out great. Chicken is extremely moist and cooked evenly throughout. Vegetables and fish were a breeze, just pick the setting, adjust the time/temp to your preference and it takes care of the rest. While the unit itself isn't all that big (takes of a very small footprint) you can fit quite a bit inside. So don't be worried about being able to fit a lot of food in the thing. Scrolling through all the photos from everyone doing reviews shows just how much you can knock out in a short period of time. Easy recommendation, even at full price. Get one for someone for the holidays and they'll certainly thank you later.

Have been using it for about a month. Love this Over Airfryer. Has helped me get rid of couple if my other appliances from counter. As airfryer, happy to use it as healthier option with less frying As oven, was able to remove my OTG and just use this. Looks nice and durable. Very happy with the purchase.

This is a great air fryer. Not that we have used any other brand, but this definitely delivers on all the features. We have been trying the usual veggies, baked chicken and stuff, but today we tried Indian Tandoori rotisserie chicken. The air fryer did a phenomenal job. Very moist and tender meat that came right off the bone. Highly recommend to all food enthusiasts out there.

It was worth $120 and definitely worth $70. The Chefman includes a french fry basket that this model does not include. Chefmans baskets are also dishwasher safe and has worked amazingly for cooking fries and hash browns too.

 The Chefman Multifunctional Digital Air Fryer is a countertop device. This air fryer is 10 L, their largest size. The first thing I wanted to try were fries. Instead of regular fries I chose sweet potato fries. This unit has a rotating mesh basket that not only Cooks the fries evenly but allows them to crisp during the cooking process. My fries came out well cooked and crispy. The whole process took 15 minutes.. Next up was some herbs that I wanted to dehydrate I went on to my porch and harvested some basil and rosemary. I removed the leaves from the herbs and placed them on the mesh racks that I had lined with foil and poked holes in to allow for good airflow as the leaves were too small and would fall through the mesh without the foil. If you leave them on the branches you would be able to use the mesh racks without the foil. After approximately 10 hours I was left with evenly dehydrated herbs that I could use for my cooking through the winter period. This unit also is able to air bake and is ideal for a batch of cookies or brownies. You can also cook fish or chicken patties or fillets on the racks. Small personal pizzas also do well although they should be placed on the second or third rack to prevent burning. There is a rotisserie that can be used for a small chicken or roast. Chicken wings also do well in this unit. This unit's ideal to cook for a two to four person family . As for appearance it is a good looking unit and easy to clean. The plastic outer case remains cool to warm to the touch during cooking. The digital display and controls are easy to read and use. There are presets for Fries, meat, chicken, bake, fish, shrimp, rotisserie and dehydrate. There is a light and rotate control as well. You can manually set time and temperature if you need to. Overall this is a well made unit.

The worst air fryer ever, by opening and closing the fryer the connecting screw came out so fast and its in such an angle that you have to completely take out the door to screw back, and the screw hole is worn out and you cant screw it back. Which means the fryer cant be used. Bad item, better alternative out there.DO NOT BUY

Chefman's Air Fryer+ is my 1st ever Air Fryer item I have ever used in the kitchen. It just looks like a mini oven that sits right on your counter top/island. Unboxing comes with a few accessories to suit your needs. Racks for baking, baskets for fries and even a spit for rotisseries. For me, I only used the basket and trays. Size alone makes it look like its big and could cook for many people, but in reality, I would say it could fit enough for 1 or 2 unless you plan on cooking 1 thing at a time. Performance. I tried it on my favorite snack, gyoza! (Japanese Potstickers). I usually pan fry in a tiny amount of oil, but I used 2 racks to place as many as I can. The cooking time is about the same for 5 pieces on the stove top vs 15 in the Chefman. 1 thing I did notice, as it was all cooked, it seemed like the higher rack made the food crispier faster then the rack directly beneath it. I estimated it took an additional 2 min for the bottom rack to reach the same as the top. Fully cooked and tasted perfect though was my end result. I also gave it a try on leftovers. Had some parmesan-crusted chicken left over from Longhorn and placed it inside. Came out to hot crispy perfection! Even french fries from McDs came out better in the air fryer when coming home to soggy fries from the ride. Clean-up is rather straight forward. Word of advise, use the drip tray! The complaint I have is that the trays seem pretty fragile. Even using the softer side of a sponge to clean shredded it right up.

Bad workmanship. This thing is falling apart. Rotisserie screw fell out. Screws on door fell out. I do not recommend this item.

You can air-fry, bake, dehydrate and reheat and it comes with useful attachments such as rotisserie and rotating basket -- and they are dishwasher safe, making cleanup easy. Air frying frozen foods such as french fries chicken strips, and coconut shrimp came out perfect crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Food cooked evenly, although when using multiple racks turning the food over was required to get even crispness on both sides. I haven't had time to use the Chefman to make things from scratch yet, or dehydrated anything as unfortunately it doesn't come with a booklet full or recipes, but I hope to find some and use other features, but I hope to find it's as versatile as it seems. Overall this little oven offers convenience in its versatility and ease of use with its digital panel and 14 one-button pre-sets and dishwasher safe accessories making for easier cleanup. .

We have cooked fries, onion rings and banana and all came out very crisp and the taste is awesome. We are using this air fryer daily to cook crisp foods by using hot air rather than a lot of messy/unhealthy oil. It cooks really fast. The controls are very easy to set temperature and time with digital display. The design is very elegant. There is no user manual inside the box and it can be obtained from the Chefman website. This fryer can be used to Fry, Bake, Grill, and Roast. I have registered on the Chefman website and there is a lot of useful information about new recipes. We tried chicken, fish, tenders, and French fries. All came out the crispy and fried texture. Overall, it is an excellent product for cooking and definitely a great alternative for deep frying.
