I guess I don’t think the time and effort is worth it.

We’ve only used it to cook chicken but it did a beautiful job!

Picked this up because I heard great things about sous vide steaks and it was the truth. This is a great machine for a novice like me. Easy to use out of the box, flexible clamp that can fit a variety of pots. We’ve mostly used it for making steaks and they always come out perfectly tender.

I got this for my dad who loves to cook, and he's fallen in love with it. He makes these amazing dishes all the time now, and tells me how much he enjoys how precise it is. So I guess in the end it's more of a gift for myself, since I get to eat what he makes with this product! 5 stars.

Love this product! It works great as a set it and forget it. Takes longer to cook, so don’t expect a quick dinner but you can prep it and let it cook while doing other stuff.

Works as advertised. Fallen away from sous vide cooking...not the fault of this cooker. Prefer more traditional cooking methods.

Had it about a year with no complaints then one evening when I went to use it the clip that holds it to the water container broke off, I contacted the manufacturer but they do not supply parts at all. It to them is a disposable item. Will not purchase Chefman products in the future.

If you like that tender meat that sous vide provides, you need this device! No disappointments here!

I got this a long time ago and I have yet to use it. For some reason it seems like a daunting task to use it and I don't know if it will turn out well. When i have used it I will come back and give a review.

Noisy and doesn't heat as well as another machine I have that has less power, bought to have additional for cooking multiple things.

this worked very well whilst it worked.... lasted about 6 months with daily use... it should have lasted longer

Seems to take a long time to cook the food, but enough tries to fully determine
