A good basic fryer

I decided to start simple. It’s a basic fryer. It seems to do just about everything any of the others do. It just costs way less. So far it has been great. I have fried and baked in it. Results are really good. I am still exploring recipes for these things. It cooks things in half the time of my stove and costs way less to run. I figure it’s paid for itself already just in energy cost savings
