Not a fan -- unable to get batter just right

I have yet to achieve that. Also, might want to make sure you have buttermilk on hand before starting the mix. Substitutes did not taste too good. The user interface is OK.

Good idea, not working as expected

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We thought this was a great idea to make waffles completely round and even, and with a timer to make sure the waffles were cooked properly. In the actual execution, it didn't work very well. We used it several times, and only once did the waffle come out perfect. Most of the time it was crisp on the bottom and soft on top, and the waffles were not even all the way around. We increased the time for crisper waffles, but the same result as before, soft on top. We used the included pour cup, and still did not completely fill the waffle form for round waffles. It would be a great to use if you didn't want nice round waffles.

Worst item I have ever bought from Best Buy

The hole you have to pour the batter in gets clogged to quickly. 3. You have to reset the power button on the right after every waffle. I am used to just waiting for the light to change. 4. The heating plates are not removable making it a pain to clean. 5. Neat concept really wanted it to work but this thing blows pun intended. Pros 1. I got it on a daily deal so I am only out 20 bucks not 40.

You can do much better

Turns out it's just a terrible waffle maker. The bottom half gets nice and crispy, but the top is very soft. I've never seen another waffle make that was so uneven.

Didn't work as advertised

The hole keep getting clogged and the waffles cooked unevenly. Returned it for a conventional waffle iron which flipped work much better
