    Good overall fryer, but the lid is not flip top. You have to remove the lid add ord retrieve the fried food. It's hard to find a place to put a hot greasy fryer lid that is safe or convenient.

    This fryer did a good job cooking the food all the way done. My old fryer went out and it would only cook when I first got it going but if I wanted anything else to cook it was a nada. So it was nice to get a fryer that actually worked. Thank you
