It works great, my only complaint it that the dial will turn as you're using it and cause the thickness to change and get larger. I've just learned to pay attention while I'm using it. Other than that, no complaints. Works well, easy to clean.

The slicer works wonderfully. It is easy to operate. It is easy to clean. Great price for the product.

I've had a few other slicers over the years and this has been by far the best one. It slices very well from thick to thin. The only problem I've noticed is that if you push too hard on the meat you're slicing it causes the thickness on the dial to change. you just have to be careful while slicing. Other than that no complaints at all about this product.

I have had a meat slicer before. This one is much sturdier. If you want to cut a whole ham you need to dial down your expectations. This is a good solid slicer for home use, if you want commercial size, you need to pay more.

Its a great product, but what I have found is that when you are slicing meat, and you put a little pressue on the meat to keep it in place to slice, that the thickness control knob makes it thicker and thicker as you slice. Would be nice if the knob had a locking mechanism to lock it in at the desired thickness. This way you dont find out when its too late that you have different thicknesses of meat. Not good for jerky when it does that. On the possitive, I cut a huge roast frozen for jerky and it cut through it like butter. Will be purchasing the Non-Serrated blade next for deli thin cuts.
