The straightener comes in different colors which is awesome, and is really smooth when straightening your hair without breakage and leaves it feeling silky

my wife loves this. bought this to replace an older chi air that was losing some power after a few years.

My oldest daughter received 1 as a gift last year. The younger daughter ahd to have 1 because she used the others so often.

My niece loves her graduation present. I have not heard any complaints from her and now I have to buy one for my wife.

After hearing and reading excellent reviews on the chi I decided to get one. The price was great and my favorite color, pink! I don't have thick hair more of wavy thin hair it took more than 5 times to put the straightener through my hair to get my hair straight. I would not recommend for my curly hair sisters.

I bought this for my daughter. We had purchased some cheaper, other brands but they didn't last. She uses it almost everyday and it makes her hair straight and shiny.

The CHI flat iron is awesome. It turned my very thick, very curly hair into straight, smooth, and silkly perfect straight hair. I always wanted to buy this iron but didn't want to pay the price for if it worked like any other flat iron. After reading alot of reviews and saw that everyone loved it I decided to buy one. Really glad it did too!!! Totally worth the buy. From now on I will always buy CHI!!!

My unmanageable hair has now become manageable! I know this is a steep price to pay for a hair straightener, but I have been impressed with the way it works on my hair - no more fly-aways, no frizz, and my hair stays straight ALL day. My friend had one and let me borrow it, and I went out and bought one the next weekend!

I have wanted one for awhile and obviously they retail at like $169 in salons.... Finally saw that best buy carried it for $100... Worth every penny... It use to take me 25 minutes to flat iron my hair now, 10 minutes! Totally worth the buy!

Bought it for my wife who suffers from hair anxiety, and it worked miracles. Its salon quality equipment and it acts like it. It eliminated untold hours of hair related stress, and salon quality results make this worth every penny even if it hurts. I'm willing to bet that it will outlast those bargain brand straighteners as well.

I've had 2 other straighteners before this one and I could never get the results I would get from a salon. After using this one I get those results and I love it. I can see what the hype is about. The only thing I struggled with at first was the heat settings knob. As i was straightening my hair once awhile my thumb would accidently move the heat knob without me knowing it. Perhaps it could have been put in a different location but not a huge issue since I still love my straightener.

Was hesitant to purchase this Chi because of the low price. I think my last Chi I had for 4 years was $150+. This Chi works just as good as the last one. Im hoping it will last as long too!

I have used a Paul Mitchell flat iron for over 5 years. After paying $110 to try out a CHI I have to say I am really disappointed. I will be buying another PM flat iron next time.
