The small metal stand that holds the iron up and away from the counter surface failed to hold it up. The stand attachment was too loose and the iron kept collapsing down too close to the counter. Returned to store with no issue. Would not recommend. Expected more from this brand and at this price.

I purchased this on 2-22-19, I use it a few times a week, and the finish has chipped off! It smells like it’s burning my hair! I would have loved to return it, but the return policy will not allow me to. Oh well, I guess it’s just money lost...

So it heats nice and quick works well but the auto off doesn't work. I accidently left it on and it was still on and hot when I got home from work. I would recommend except for this. Maybe I got a defective one
