I purchased this NEW Chi and when I went pick up at the store it was USED. I returned it 5 times because it was used not NEW!! It had cat hair all over the box!!

Was a Christmas gift but I regret not returning it. Thought it would be a better hair straightener from the InStyler. But I would re-purchase the InStyler instead

Stopped working after 67days. It was all good until all of a sudden it turned off and won’t turn back on again!!
