This is the best hair dryer I've ever owned. But I don't know what to compare it to. The only con I can say is that I still get frizz.

There are hair dryers for as little as $25 that work just as well. No reason for this to be around $70.

I bought this for my fiancé. She liked the style but found that it dried out her hair. I returned it and bought the Chi EMF model.

Not impressed with this dryer at all. Feels cheap. I have been using hair dryers for over 30 yrs.. how do I start. The air is not consistent. The cool button is placed in an inconvenient spot bc my finger keeps triggering it. I had a chi before but that model isn’t made anymore. Loved that one. This one feels worse than a drug store cheap model. Sorry guys. But I must say look for something else.

This is an okay hair dryer. Chi is highly overrated. Ended up buying another hair dryer that worked better on Amazon.

Got it for my girlfriend but she said it is not strong enough.

I did not like the heat. Also at this price, the noise it is making is too much. If I am spending this much money I would not expect it to turn like this. I have returned this item. I have a straightener of CHI which works best for me, expected the same form dryer but it failed. The function buttons are very difficult to operate while drying.

I thought the dryer is big with more power, but the item is small and not that powerful, I think it doesn't worth 73$

Works just as good as my professional hair dryer that finally stopped working. Air is hot, the low speed isn't one of those horribly low, useless speeds and the high is powerful. Nice and light weight, took no time at all to dry and style my thick, shoulder length hair. Love the brush that comes with it, too. Chi makes great products and this one is no exception.

This dryer frizzes my hair or somehow makes my hair look like a steel wool pad. It does dry my hair faster than a generic 1875w dryer, it is light, and you can select low or high heat, but it is nothing at all like the superior Chi EMF dryer. The EMF dried my hair better and just as fast, but left my hair smooth and shiny.

I needed a dryer and a $20 travel dryer wasn’t going to cut it. This dryer works very quickly and has a few different settings. It dries my hair without over drying it. I highly recommend it!

I love chi products, best products for the power which equals the price! Chi never lets be down and the products last!

I bought this because I loved the original orange Chi Turbo that is discontinued and thought this might work as well. Unfortunately it took several minutes to dry my very fine hair with diffuser while the Turbo dried it in less than one minute. Other than it not meeting my expectations, it's a decent blowdryer and good quality for the price. I did return it.
