EXCELLENT iron!! Loved it so much, I brought a 3rd one....for a co-worker and previously for my daughter! Love the features/settings. Nice heavy weighted. Actually wish the cord were longer. But other than that, it's a stellar product! It's PRICEY!!!!! But worth it.

Love everything about this iron. I sell vintage/antique clothing and a quality iron is a necessity to keep clothing looking good. Nice weight to it and no spots on fabric from steam use. Really easy to navigate across silk georgette as well as heavy wool tweeds.

It's like a professional Iron at an affordable price. It even looks good! The dials and switches feel durable. There's a good weight to it without being heavy. Best iron ever!

The CHI iron is lightweight and easy to use. Holds an adequate water supply for steam. Overall great iron but a little pricey

Glad I made this purchase. It works well, easy to use. I have purchased several irons over the years, but the Chi is by far the best A little pricey but if you iron often like I do it’s worth it to invest in a good iron.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Chi iron. I have had several Rowenta irons in the past, but the Chi iron far and away surpasses any iron that I have ever owned. The features that I like best are that it gets very hot, streams nicely without dampening my clothes, visibility of the water fill line, and the retractable cord. This is a solidity built iron at a very reasonable price.

The Prod - The iron itself puts out plenty of steam and does an excellent job of pressing denim and an excellent job with nylon, linen and other light material. Add far as it's performance during use, I'll give it a 4.75 star rating.
The Cons - My three issues with it are: - One the plate becomes discolored after six months of use. The titanium coating doesn't age well. My second issue with it is sometimes it "bleeds" water out of the jets a few times during use ( onto your clothes ). Not really a big deal, but somewhat of "time waster." All irons seem to do this. You have to give it about a minute or so to let the water cycle through. My third & last point of dissatisfaction is after you use the self clean mode, it takes about 8 to 10 uses for it to stop spitting the white calcium buildup out onto your clothes. I keep a damp towel to wipe it off of whatever I'm ironing.

I love this iron! I had currently been using one of those little travel irons that you tuck in your suitcase, so this was obviously quite and improvement. I love the balance and ease of motion, the steam is great and supply is abundant, negating the need to constantly add water. Long cord is a plus. A little pricy, but well worth it!
