Bought the steamer to help with blocking my crochet projects. It’s easy to use and has worked great. When filled with water it can get a bit heavy, but still easy to hold up.

This steamer is wonderful. I purchased it to take on a cruise and it took every wrinkle out of all of my clothes. It heated up really fast and was easy to handle. I would definitely recommend purchasing if you want a compact steamer.

It’s a useful tool for travel. It’s light and easy setup. Gets wrinkled out on light clothing.

I have a trip coming uo in s few fays and needed a travel stesmer snd this one seemed very nice. I wss excited to receive my item today only to find that it was shipped without a box to protect it, the steamers box was all beat up and dirty, the steamer itself amhad scratches on it and it had water inside the tank. This item was clearly used snd returned and the shipping label said it came from Best Buy Returns. I purchased a new product, there dhould be no readon why they are sending returned items to customers paying for a new product. I contacted the chat and unfortunately they can not expidite a new steamer to me and stated that it would take over a week. I will be irdering from amazon with Prime instrad snd hopefully all works for the best. Hopefully this does not happen to someone else! I am dissapointed in this thpe of service from a company like Best Buy! No efforts to help the customer either.

Does not get wrinkles out of silk or polyester. Has no pressure behind the steam and struggles to create the steam.

it does not have enough steam to straighten my shirt. it is a waste of money.
