I had a 200$ straightener and every time I would use it my hair would curl at the ends. With this straightener my hair stayed straight for days!!

My hair gets stuck in the section between the ceramic plate and the plastic on one of the corners. Every time I pull it away, it yanks on my hair and it pulls at least one strand of hair out. I only use it on my bangs in an angle, away from the corner. I’ve always wanted a Chi straightener and I’m extremely disappointed. This is my first and last purchase.
