CHI hair tool has been the one I’ve used for many years. They hold up well. I’ve never had any problems out of CHI products. The is a very nice curl or straightening hair tool.

Bought this for my Girlfriend, she hated it, the free floating tiles pulled her hair at the tip. She liked the temp gauge and color but the pulling of the hair made us return the item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
