The new CHI cloth iron has revolutionized the way we think about ironing garments. Its modern design combines aesthetics with functionality, making it not only a tool for wrinkle removal but also a stylish addition to your laundry room.

The iron was very good, I encountered a small problem with the bottom, contacted the factory, they were very fast in replying and sent me a new iron, excellent customer support.

Needed a new iron beside our steam ones. This one has a great quality as far as the functionality goes. Also felt very safe and easy to use. Should i mention it looks premium also! Would be buying again if needed!!

I got so tired of my old irons getting dirty when I used starch on my work shirts. I would then have to spend time cleaning them and or go buy a new iron because they wouldnt get clean. This iron almost negates the need for starch because the steam is so heavy. I really like it and it is well worth the money. I have nothing bad to say about it at this point. Even when I use starch the iron plate does not get dirty or collect gunk.

So far, so good. Iron works very well, produces lots of steam, isn't too heavy, and, so far, doesn't leak. My only complaint is the settings are very hard to read, need to be darker or in a bright color.
