I purchased 2 of these, one as a gift. They work pretty good, after using for a couple hours in total they've only gotten tangled twice. With very long hair (over 2 ft long) it actually does a great job. I don't hold it up to my head like the video shows because I don't like curls that long, and my hair is very thick so it'd take 4 -6 curls for each section/strand of hair. I curl every other strand opposite so my hair doesn't clump together in 1 huge curl.

Its easy to use when curling someone else's hair, i find it difficult to do my own. But it works great, nice curl and it does not get tangled

This works amazing! The first time I used it I had to get used to it, but after that it was super easy to use and did a great job! So much quicker than using my wand! Love it!

Great curler and very fast working product happy to get

I have always struggled to curl my hair. I have tried various tools and methods and it has always been so hard. When I saw this Chi- Spin n Curl tool on Bestbuy.com and saw the how to video, I thought I'd give it a try but I was still skeptical. When I received the curling iron, I tried it immediately and I can truly say it's as easy as on the video. This tools cuts my curling by more than half the time and gives me even and beautiful results. It's definitely worth the money and knowing it's a CHI product, I know it will last me for many years. I previously owned a CHI Straightner that lasted me for 13+ years and my current hair blow dryer is also 14+ years old and still works perfectly.

What I like is the instructions are easy to follow but I was a little bit reluctant and I give it a go and I was very please with the curls it look very nice.

Easy to use. Use last all day. Hard to work on shorter prices of hair but works wonders on a good hair length. Fast beautiful curls. Just use a good heat protective spray first. Hair will smell like the iron after u use it as well. Find a spray with a nice fragrance to block out the ironed hair smell.

This Curling iron is amazing. My hair is pretty thick and if I use a regular curling iron my curls are gone within an hour. My curls stay for 2-3 days after using this curling iron. I have tried using it in combination with a hair product and without and it works great either way. Amazing curls and you don't have to worry which way to go to make sure they are all facing the same direction. Since that's usually a challenge for me with a regular curling iron or a flat iron. I highly recommend if you want an easy and quick curls that will last for days!

I am not great at using styling tools, I was very surprised at how easy this was to use (if you read the directions). I did purchase on the deal of the day deal and not sure I would pay full price. I have long, thin hair and a lot of it, so it did take some time but the curls where perfect and so much easier than a curling iron or hot curlers. Love this and would highly recommend. (One thing I had to figure out in my own is the reset I did get my hair tangled and no where did it say how to reset so insight... just hold down the power button.).

My wife has a copious amount of hair and straightening it can be tedious. The spin and curl feature seemed like a gimmick and it is anything but a gimmick. She reports that it is incredibly easy to use and fast. Since purchasing the curling iron, she has used it more times in one month than I have seen her use her previous iron in one-year. I strongly recommend the spin and curl curling iron if people were once worried about time-consumption.

I went from using flat irons to trying this product and I'm really glad I did! No more neck/ear burns! I am very shy of hot products because I was burned at a salon as a kid and for that reason alone I love this product. On top of that, it is excellent at curling hair. Takes out all guesswork and is so easy to use. Love it. My hair is 2a-2b and curls easily with this product on the lower settings. Hope that helps!

I love it! Super easy to work with it. It does not hurt just follow steps that the guide says and you will have curly hair well defined.
