I absolutely love it! At first I thought I need some time to learn how to use it, but I was able to get it right the first time. I get curls less than regular curling iron. The only thing is, I wouldn't recommend it much for short hair, wouldn't be able to curl close to your scalp.

My wife always wanted to try this curler so I surprised her with one. She liked how it was different from the other curlers. She likes how it curls her hair. She did say it takes some getting used to but loves how her hair turns out.

I purchased this because I wanted an easier way to curl my long hair. I tried to use this several times and kept getting my hair caught in it and it would start beeping and stop, so it didn't pull out any hair. I need to add, I am not a professional. For the money, I was looking for something quick and easy, so I returned the item.

Getting used to the iron is tricky at first. If you have long hair like myself, do not bother. It’ll curl the top half of the lock of hair and not the bottom half. My hair kept getting stuck in it. Then you’d have to take it out and reset the iron to keep going! I would’ve loved to return this but with this COVID-19 going on, all the stores are closed and nobody answers their phones. If my hair had been shorter, it would have been a nice iron. But not for the price.

My wife loves this and wants to get another one as a gift for a family member. It took a little practice for her to get used to it but once she did she can't speak highly enough of this one.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife because she's always trying to do curls in her hair with a styling wand. I thought this might save her some time and also prevent her from burning herself as she has done in the past with the styling wand. She doesn't have very thick hair and it is about shoulder-length so I thought this would be a good tool... Unfortunately for her it does not work well. She isn't sure if it's because her hair isn't long enough and she just isn't able to get enough of the hair inside the tool to give her the curls the way that she wants but regardless it doesn't work as she really wanted it to. I am going to return it at this point because in two weeks after multiple attempts she hasn't been able to get the curls how she wants with it.

Did not work for short hair, the quality was very good and easy to use just did not work with my hair.

This takes a while to use. Perhaps it's because I have lots of hair, but I feel it would be the error others. Curls do last though.

Nope. Too many times I had my hair stuck. Now it sits in my drawer to never be used.

I bought this for my wife. She said it takes practice to use it and get the look she wants.

Anyone can use this curler, it's very simple it doesn't tangle your hair, and even my kiddo can use it with no issues. Makes perfect curls in less time than a regular curling iron.

The CHI Spin n Curl is a great curling tool for all hair types. It has low to high heating settings, and it gives you two options to curl the hair (forward or backwards).

Very good once you figure it out. I may just be challenged but it wasn't as easy as they make it out to be on tv....but close

I don’t liked, is too big item, uncomfortable to hang and frequently the hair was stuck.
