I like quality but it doesn't have temp control.

Great product! Leaves my hair feeling silky and smooth! I only trust chi irons when it comes to my blonde dyed hair. My last iron lasted 5 years! Their products are definitely worth having!

Great product! Works great on my wavy hair. Smooths it nicely. Doesn’t leave those “lines” on my hair (rounded edges). Heats up fast. Great value. I would recommend.

While on vacation in Berlin, GE my wife's CHI did not agree with the AC voltage and finally burned out after what she says was tens years of faithful service. After doing my own research, (since I have no previous background in these products) I found CHI to have very good feed back on many other sites. I purchased this for her without telling her, I scored "browny points". She enjoys it and says that it a necessity for her hair type (thin ash blonde). I can recommend it.

I bought this hair straightener 3 years ago so far it still works great!! I have thick coarse hair. I did notice that the plates do get hot. Also , it does not have a heat control. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she stated it is the best straightener ever! She has very thick, curly hair and it straightened it perfectly smooth. Great product!!

Absolutely love this iron. This is my 2nd Chi flat iron. I debated getting this as my original iron still works, just 5 years old or more! I’ll never buy another brand, my hair always look like I just left the salon!

I have fine but thick color treated hair. Only has one heat setting but I use a good heat protectant and have had no issues. Straightens perfectly.

It wasn't what I expected but it's ok. I have really thick hair and didn't do the job. I will recommend if you have thin and little volume of hair

Still use thia flatiron today. My favorite flatiron to get my hair straight in one shot.

Heats up fast and glides smoothly through the hair. Gets hair shiny and smooth very quickly.

This works great on my hair. Wish there was a temp setting but it heats fast and does the job. I just don’t know how hot it gets.
