I will purchase the chi ones with temp control next time. Also I was told next day delivery and it took 4 days for delivery. Order kept getting delayed.

Could be better

I thought it would be work the same but i was mistaken. This doesn't heat up the same. I wouldnt recommend this flat iron with someone with thick hair
