    Bought these to use on my daughter hair but there wasn’t a temperature control button and they didn’t get hot enough to straighten her coarse her like I usually do with other flat irons. I will purchase the chi ones with temp control next time. Also I was told next day delivery and it took 4 days for delivery. Order kept getting delayed.

    I bought this flat iron to replace my chi that i have had for almost 10. I thought it would be work the same but i was mistaken. This doesn't heat up the same. I wouldnt recommend this flat iron with someone with thick hair
