She complained that the one her mom had didn't get her hair straight like she wanted. So I did my research and found this one randomly at Best Buy and bought it. She loves and now get mom wants to use hers.

Works great but not for long
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved my flat iron. Gets hot enough but not "hair frying" hot. My only issue is with the teeny tiny on-off switch which could not endure the twice weekly use that I gave it. It fell off after a year and a half. I will buy another, but I'm going to leave the switch in the "on" position and just plug and unplug it to turn it on.
