    its decent. would we nicer if it were wider and needs to include a small rubber mat like some others include with their kit so it doesn't burn the counter. but a decent product.

    I am really enjoying my new CHI, it works really well. The CHI has a nice long cord, however it has a tendency to tangle up while I am trying to straighten my hair. This is the only reason I gave it a 4 star good rating. I would still recommend this item.

    Overall chi is great and I love these straighteners. I can't say I see a huge difference between my older chi and this newer one I just got. At first I thought it was much quicker doing my hair, but after trying out my older one today, I gotta say it really is still a great straighter after all the wear and tear and abuse it's been through lol.... Like I said overall chi's are great, most likely all of them are. But you really only need one of em' until it's completely broken, then I'd say buy another one
