This flat iron works quickly and easily to straighten my hair. It heats up within a minute and glides smoothly through my hair. My last CHI lasted for 8 years and I'm sure this one will last even longer because it has an improved on/off switch, which is the only reason I had to replace the previous one.

It was a good product, I was very insecure to buy it originally, because there was another exact Flat Iron right next to it for a cheaper price, but then I was told the heat is what makes it better, so that way you'll get the desired result much faster.

I had another CHI straighter and it worked ok but this straightener is so much better! I thoroughly enjoy this straightener and it shortens my hair time in the morning by 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great straightener!

This is the second CHI i've bought my wife. She absolutely loves them. This one also came with a mat to lay on when not in use and still hot. This freebie has come in handy as she no longer has to lay it on our granite counter.
