Got this on Best Buy deal of the day at a great price. I have hard to curl hair and this iron works well.

have used chi flat irons for years. Tried other brands at high prices and most have not straightened as fast as chi. Doesn't over dry hair.

So far so good. My last CHI crapped out after its and lots of use. This replacement has been great so far with no complaints.

I actually purchased this a year ago for my daughter for Christmas. Have not had any issues even after a year. It heats up within seconds and does not damage the hair. After trying it myself, I threw out my other cheaper and basic flat iron and ordered this one for me too.

I had been reviewing a lot of straighteners online when I saw this Jem at Best Buy all the reviews were great so I went with it. Love that the cord is long and moves with you and I’m not getting tangled everywhere , also it’s ready in less than a minute which is great since I’m always una rush. It was a great choice would definitely recommend

This was a Mother's Day present from my husband. Never would have dreamed he would know what this is. I love it!!! It works wonders on my hair. The iron is decorative and unique. I was not wild about chi in the past because it did not have a temperature dial but this one does. Way to go honey!!

I bought it because of the small size but I fell in love with it because of the good quality

Might be a little pricey but if you have thick hair like mine then you need to try this. I had other straightners in the past but none of them have worked like this. I love the thermal pad it comes with and how your hair comes out perfectly straight and really soft. Must have!

This is a great flat iron for thick hair. Was a bargain at the price purchased from Best Buy!

This awesome flat iron not only makes my long and wavy hair STICK STRAIGHT, but it doesn't damage it! Would definitely recommend!

This chi flat iron is everything I've needed. My last one broke. I bought this as an open box item. Right out the box it worked well. Gets nice and hot, with diff temps. On and off button. My fave is the look and the heat pad. I hope this things last forever.

I’m a guy with no hair but my wife has always been very pleased with this brand. I purchased this more than a year ago and she is still using it. She says these types of devices can burn out so I’m happy to see it’s lasting.

I have extremely thick hair and this CHI heats up fast and gets the job done!! I wish that they made a 1.5" one though.

My old straightener went out and picked up this gem at Best Buy. Perfect !

Absolutely love this product! I was need of a new iron after my Andis Gold finally called it quits. Definitely worth the investment. I only have to run the iron across my hair once for the desire result - perfect for an African American who is going natural and is very heat-conscious. Spread the word: Chi is where it's at!
