I loved the color of this straightener! It does a good job with straightening my hair even though my hair is really thick.

This was a great purchase. Temp is adjustable and automatic shut off. Purchased online and it arrived within a couple of days.

The temperature is exactly what is needed for the type of hair I have. The only problem is I can't get as close to the roots of my hair with this one because it burned me.

Got it for my wife. She had an older version of the Chi flat iron and wanted to update it.

Perhaps I was expecting not having to brush / part my hair when I use this but I do because it does pull hair sometimes. I have long fine hair and can see how this would be more valuable for girls with long thick hair because it gets really hot. Not returning happy with it but probably could have went with a less expensive straighter for my hair and achieve the same result.
