Warning- Be careful when using this flat iron as it has no means of controlling the temperature. There is no temp up or down and once plugged in it heats up directly to the max temperature which will burn the heck out of hair. I returned this item and will buy my Lady friend the better but more expensive but much better Nume flat iron.

Not that great. For a chi product, I was quite disappointed. I have the same brand iron, and it is the best iron I have ever owned. This doesn’t live up to the name, at least for me.
