Heating element faulty

I haven’t had it a month and the heating element went out. I loved it when it worked but it no long blows hot air, only cold. It’s very disappointing because I love Chi products

Horrible brush by CHI

It was a great purchase. She loves how user friendly it is & how it looks like she's just walked out of the salon.
