    I have had this for only 3 months and have not used it that often and it already does not heat. It will still blow cold air but the heating element must be out. It is to early for this to be happening with this product. I would stay away, when the brush does work it is very fast and makes your hair very soft. Just wish it would have lasted longer then a few months.

    I really expected this to be better quality than it was. It didn’t dry my hair as fast as other brands. But I mainly bought it because you could switch out the heads. It just wasn’t a favorite hair tool.
