Bring Back Circuit City !! Unless you walk into a store, you will get ZERO help from the Best Buy 800 or 888 numbers. No one on those phones have any power to fix any problems. They will lie to you just to get you off the phone with them, promise appointment times and swear they changed my info in the system, only to find out later, they lied about all of it. This has happened more than one, and they have No showed three times and sent out the wrong tech once. All while I had to take more time off work due to their incompetence. And, as of this writing, my job I paid for that was scheduled Dec 5, now cant and or wont be done till Dec 30. All while I did zero wrong and have to keep taking more time off of work. This is a jake !!!

The mount is a bit pricey but very well manufactured and good looking. It is very durable and will easily handled its rated weight. It has an adjustable mounting bracket which will handle almost any flat panel tv in its size range, although I wish the default mounting holes on the tilt mount itself matched my Sony Bravia, so that I could eliminate the adapter bracket.
The hardest part to the install was initially loosening the tension adjustment on the swing arm. This either requires two people to do, or should be done after the unit is mounted on the wall, and before the TV is put in place.
Overall, it is strong, attractive, and easy to install (although the weight will make it much easier with two people). Compared to the cost of the actual tv though, the bracket is a bit over-priced. It fit my need though, and I would buy again.
