It has never worked in more than two dozen attempts. There is nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi, as other connections work fine. The doorbell/camera system is worthless if you cannot hear it ring. I never had this problem with the previous system. It is a waste of $290.00. The pictures are great and clear, but why would someone make a system so flawed as not to offer quick, easy connections? Many others on the internet have had the same issues.
